My final project at DMSA – My installation. ‘The Past. The Present. The Self’ is an experimental mixed media installation that explores the use of memories in my artistic expression today.
Its big, its cluttered, its beautiful, its personal. It’s the things we like to shy away from. It’s the things we want to bring forward. Its ugly, its uneven, its wonderful, its freeing, its perfection and yet perfection is completely impossible. Its celebration and its sadness. Its me and it will never be all I am. Its my mind, its my soul, its my being and it’s a story to be told
